I always love a solid forest of one type of tree. Here is a birch forest in Whiteshell Provincial Park in southern Manitoba. This image was taken in September of 1994.
This is the view from the high point of the Carthew-Alderson Trail in Waterton Lakes National Park in Alberta. This image and the next six were taken during the summer of 1996.
This is Carthew Lakes along the same trail. You can see the trail entering the photo at lower right and winding around the lake to the left.
This is Cameron Falls near the townsite of Waterton Lakes National Park. The bluish tint is expected for a picture like this where the sun is not illuminating any of the scene.
This is also taken at Waterton Lakes National Park. It shows sunlight reflecting off water wavecrests.
This is a lovely mountain reflection off of the Kootenay River in southern British Columbia.
This is Crowsnest Mountain which is also in southern British Columbia.
This is the worlds largest dumptruck which is in Sparwood, British Columbia. The truckbed can hold 2 buses and 2 pickup trucks. I am standing by the front tire and some random tourist is inside the back tire.
Here is an ice covered tree at Niagara Falls. This image and the next two were taken in January 2000.
Here is a rainbow above the falls.
They light up the falls at night and it looks like this.
